This is a picture of some soup that I made for dinner the other night. Wednesday was my last pickup day for my CSA, Tantre Farm. It has been an incredible year for veggies. Every week brought a big, fresh bounty.

The soup is made from butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and komatsu greens from my share this week. For texture I added orzo pasta and white beans. YUMMY!
